Custom Web Applications in practice
Engineering approach and system architecture
I solve business problems by starting with the process. No rigid ready-made templates: I build software around your procedures.01 // MODULE
Who I build custom systems for
For companies that have outgrown spreadsheets, off-the-shelf SaaS, or manual workarounds and need a system tailored to how they actually work. Scope: process analysis, UX, web application, backend, database, API integrations, admin panel, monitoring, and post-launch development.

I do not start with a huge specification. First, I build a small working scope to show your team and customers.

How I build custom software
01
MVP scope
I define the smallest system that solves a real problem and can be deployed quickly.

Design and Development
I build the frontend, backend, database and integrations in short iterations.

Custom business software when off-the-shelf tools are no longer enough
A custom system makes sense when automation and ready-made tools no longer hold the process together. Instead of another spreadsheet, I build around how you work.
01
A custom system makes sense when workarounds cost more than development
Companies rarely start with the decision:
let's build custom software. Businesses usually start with spreadsheets, off-the-shelf SaaS tools, email, manual exports, and several loosely connected systems. Eventually, the team spends more time managing workarounds than doing its actual work. A custom system makes sense when the process is specific, repeatable, and important to the business. It might be an operations dashboard, customer portal, quoting system, logistics tool, document workflow, SaaS platform, or an application connecting several data sources with an AI feature.
02
I simplify the process first, then write code
Code will not fix a bad process.
Before commissioning development, see how to choose an IT company. Before building a system, we need to decide which steps are necessary, which can be removed, which should be automated, and where people must retain control. This prevents the MVP from becoming a copy of the old chaos in a new interface. I start with the smallest scope that solves a real problem: a dashboard for one type of order, an automated report generator, a CRM integration module, or an agent supporting the team. Only then do I add further roles, modules, and integrations.
AI as part of the application, rather than a separate gimmick
05 // MODULE
When off-the-shelf SaaS is not enough
I build an application around one process: a dashboard, saving data and post-launch development. This is not an agent catalog, website chatbot or just an audit.
If the workflow can be completed without a new application, process automation is a better starting point. If only AI is missing from an existing CRM, integrations are more suitable.
A custom CRM/ERP built from scratch belongs to the CRM and ERP system service. Decision. Process analysis, UX, web application, backend, database, API integrations, admin panel, monitoring, and development after deployment.
I do not start with a huge specification. First, I build a small working scope to show your team and customers.
The initial scope is a working part of a dashboard or portal that the team can use. I start with one part of the process, then add roles and integrations.

B2B platforms and SaaS overview
The B2B section incorporated from the former web applications service: catalog, business partner accounts, and browser-based orders. Authentication, database, and integrations.

B2B platform
Catalog, business partner accounts, and browser-based orders.
I build the dashboard, roles and integrations around your process, not a store template.
02
SaaS overview
I build platforms with customer accounts, roles, and payments—billing and subscriptions—separately, under SaaS systems.

How I narrow the first release's scope
A custom system should remove workarounds in Excel and off-the-shelf SaaS, rather than add another dashboard. Below I explain how I choose the first scope to show the team.
01
Process first, screens second
I map who does what today and where workarounds arise.
Coding starts only once I know which step the system should take over.
02
The first version is for use, not presentation
I choose a narrow scope that the team can use with real data.
A large specification can wait until this scope has been used in daily work.
03
Integrations are part of the product
A dashboard without APIs, logs and roles soon returns to Excel.
I design authentication, data, and the points where a person approves an exception.
04
I add AI where it reduces work
I do not put a model into every screen.
Automation and the assistant enter steps that already have data and a clear output.
05
After launch, I develop what the team actually uses
Logs, requests, and empty screens show what to add.
I do not add modules just because they look good on a roadmap.

Custom Web Applications
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about custom web applications — architecture, implementation, data security, costs, and technologies:
01 When is custom software worth building? +
When off-the-shelf tools require many workarounds, do not fit the process, or cost more than a custom system over time.
02 How much does custom software cost? +
A small system MVP usually starts at tens of thousands of PLN. The price depends on integrations, roles, data, and scope.
03 Do you also provide system maintenance? +
Yes. I provide monitoring, backups, updates and development after launch.
04 Who is custom business software for? +
For companies outgrowing spreadsheets, off-the-shelf SaaS or manual workarounds, needing a system built around real work.
05 What does custom business software include? +
Process analysis, UX, web application, backend, database, API integrations, admin dashboard, monitoring and post-launch development.
06 What business results does custom business software deliver? +
Less manual work, one coherent system instead of spreadsheets and workarounds, faster processes, fewer errors, and a system ready for further development without off-the-shelf SaaS limits.
07 What does the first stage of a custom business software project look like? +
I examine a process that off-the-shelf tools cannot handle: a business partner portal, document workflow, quote calculator, or service dashboard. I sketch the smallest screen that takes the process out of a spreadsheet, and that screen becomes the initial scope.
08 Does custom business software require replacing our current systems? +
Not every dashboard means discarding existing tools. I often add a missing piece: a dealer portal alongside an ERP or an admin interface for a store. A complete CRM built from scratch is a separate service on the CRM and ERP system page.
09 What data is needed for custom business software? +
We need a description of the process, roles and what the off-the-shelf tool cannot handle: a screen, document, price list or status. The existing tool's code is not required at the start. I first examine the office's daily work, then choose the tools.
10 Can a custom system be delivered in stages rather than after a year of silence? +
Yes. First one process and a working dashboard, then additional roles and integrations. You do not have to wait for a big launch.
11 How do you know an off-the-shelf product is no longer enough and you need your own system? +
When the team works around a tool in Excel, manually combines data, or cannot launch a new offering. I then build a system for that process.
12 What remains after custom software development, apart from the code? +
An application or dashboard built around your process, integrations and code you can develop further. Not a list of subscriptions.
